Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days depending on the customer’s location.

We ship through trusted courier partners.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability, the order will not be automatically cancelled. We will contact the customer and arrange re-shipment once the shipping charges are paid again.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of thrifted and pre-loved items, all sales are final unless the customer receives an incorrect item or a product that is significantly different from its description.

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.
