Return & Refund Policy

At Eunoia Thrifts, all sales are final. As we primarily deal in pre-loved, vintage, and curated pieces, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, sizing concerns, accidental purchases, or expectations regarding normal signs of use.

Please review all product photos and descriptions carefully before placing an order.

Product Condition Disclaimer

Many of our handbags are authentic vintage or pre-loved pieces crafted from genuine leather. Unlike synthetic materials, genuine leather naturally develops character over time and may display unique variations and imperfections.

As a result, items may show signs of age and wear, including but not limited to:

  • Natural creasing and wrinkling
  • Minor scratches or scuffs
  • Patina development and colour variations
  • Softening of leather due to age and use
  • Slight wear on corners, handles, hardware, or interior lining
  • Minor marks consistent with normal use and storage

These characteristics are considered part of the beauty and authenticity of vintage and genuine leather goods and are not considered defects.

We make every effort to accurately photograph and describe the condition of each item. By purchasing from Eunoia Thrifts, you acknowledge that pre-loved and vintage items may not be in brand-new condition.

Eligible Return & Refund Cases

A return or refund request will only be considered if:

  • You receive an incorrect item that does not match your order; or
  • You receive an item that is significantly damaged during transit.

How to Report an Issue

To be eligible for a return or refund, you must:

  • Email us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Provide a complete unboxing video recorded from start to finish without any cuts, edits, pauses, or interruptions.
  • Ensure the video clearly shows the sealed package before opening, the shipping label, and the condition of the item upon unpacking.

Important

  • Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
  • Claims submitted without a complete, unedited unboxing video will not be accepted.
  • Minor signs of wear, ageing, leather imperfections, or characteristics consistent with vintage and pre-loved items do not qualify for returns or refunds.
  • Colour variations may occur due to lighting, photography, and individual screen settings and are not grounds for returns or refunds.
  • We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for sizing, capacity, fit, personal preference, or change-of-mind purchases.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will provide further instructions regarding the resolution process. Approved claims may be resolved through a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Eunoia Thrifts reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange, or refund request that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
