Thank you for shopping with Eunoia Thrifts.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days from the date of purchase. Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive tracking details for your shipment.

Please note that processing times may be extended during sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship across India through Maruti Courier.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • 2–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or remote delivery locations.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Eunoia Thrifts cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Returned Shipments

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept the parcel, or any customer-related reason, the order will not be cancelled and no refund will be issued.

In such cases:

  • We will contact you via WhatsApp using the contact number provided with your order.
  • The package can be re-shipped once the additional shipping charges have been paid.
  • Re-shipment will be arranged only after the shipping fee has been received.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been handed over to the courier partner, delivery timelines are managed by the courier service. While we will assist in tracking and resolving issues wherever possible, Eunoia Thrifts cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company.
